Sarah Marshall
Partner, AIA, MBA
Sarah is a licensed architect with over 20 years of expertise in architectural and structural design, project management, and construction administration. Since 2012, she has managed and contributed to numerous projects throughout Maui and its neighboring islands, encompassing seawall restoration, facade and spalling repairs, new construction, renovations, and more. Her experience includes extensive involvement in both new builds and repair initiatives on both the structural and architectural side, preparation of contract documentation, and active engagement with community organizations. Sarah’s skill set is marked by strong technical proficiency, a focus on client collaboration, and effective project delivery.

Bart T. Lupa
Partner, MBA, E.I.T.
Bart has more than 30 years of experience in construction management, structural investigations, and building envelope design. He has managed a wide variety of commercial, industrial, and residential projects, overseeing all phases from design through construction closeout. Bart’s expertise includes water infiltration and façade investigations, engineering design, and contract administration. He is committed to delivering practical, high-quality solutions and is actively involved in industry and community organizations.

Steven H. Lentz
Project Manager
Steve is a full-time Maui resident with approximately 10 years of experience in architectural design, structural engineering, and construction management. Since 2015, he has been actively engaged in projects involving site development, residential and commercial construction, structural evaluations, and building envelope consulting on Maui, bringing valuable local knowledge and hands-on expertise to every assignment.

Kevin Wisniewski
Structural Engineer, S.E., P.E
With over 27 years of experience in structural engineering, Kevin brings deep expertise in building design and construction. His work spans a wide range of components from glazed curtain walls and metal panel systems to complex medical support structures. Kevin’s material knowledge includes wood, aluminum, polycarbonate, fiberglass, fiber-reinforced plastic, terra cotta, natural stone, steel, concrete, and masonry.
Throughout his career, Kevin has collaborated closely with contractors, architects, and owners, offering strategic consultation and structural design solutions. He’s known for managing multiple projects with precision and mentoring the next generation of engineers.
