  • Front Street Property Restoration/Rebuild: Structural engineering for rebuilding/restoration of a historically significant commercial building on Front Street in Lahaina that partially survived the 2023 wildfire.
  • Lahaina Residential Property Wildfire Rebuild: Structural engineering for a Lahaina wildfire rebuild, including a primary residence and attached ohana units. This project incorporated a panelized construction approach and was pursued as a Living Building Challenge-aligned project.
  • Various Roof Consulting Projects: Roof consulting services for roof replacement and/or repair projects, including asphalt shingles, standing seam metal roofs, wood shakes, concrete tiles, clay tiles, low-slope membrane roofs, etc.
  • Ka La’i Ola Village: Architectural services for ADA accessible temporary housing units, within a FEMA-funded recovery environment.
  • Kapalua Residence Ohana Rebuild and Main House Renovation: Architectural and structural engineering services for repair of a two-story ohana, structural analysis for removal of a structural column and replacement of headers for new, wider openings.
  • Kihei Condominium Lanai Posts and Siding Replacement: Architectural and structural engineering services for lanai column replacement and building siding replacement.
  • Wailea Point Village: Structural engineering and architectural services for condominium renovations and ongoing consulting.
  • Makiki Park Place Structural Assessment: Structural and architectural assessment of a 16-story, 90 condominium building. Provided recommendations and conceptual timeframes for repairs as needed.
  • Kihei Condominium ADA Ramp: Architectural services for updating non-ADA compliant ramp and landing to main office, minimizing demolition and parking disruptions.
  • Kihei Marketplace: Renovation of an existing open air 2-story pre-engineered metal building to enclose it for workforce housing.
  • Maui Kaanapali Villas: Analysis and reinforcement of pool side two-tiered shade structure and update of the resort property map to facilitate future site improvements.
  • Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) Analyses: Analyses and repairs and/or structural modifications to support additional load or for adaptive reuse.
  • Foundation Design: Structural engineering services for various projects utilizing pre-engineered, pre-fabricated structures, such as substation electrical equipment, covered storage units, metal buildings (PEMB), battery cabinets, etc.
  • Kahului Residential Subdivision: Structural engineer of record for 152-lot single family residential subdivision, including structural engineering for 6 different plans.
  • Kamehameha School – Maui Campus: Structural engineering for athletic trainer’s room renovations, including creating openings in load bearing CMU walls and infilling existing openings.
  • Wailea Ekahi Village: Structural engineering consultation to assess the feasibility of removing columns or load-bearing walls.
  • Various single family residential custom homes: Structural engineering services for custom single family residential homes.
  • Seawall investigations: Engineering services for various residential and multi-family residential seawall repairs.
  • Various retaining wall projects: Structural engineering for retaining walls, including new designs and existing wall repairs.
  • Hale Royale Condominiums: Investigation of building facade, exterior entry staircases and corridors and development of concrete repair documents.
  • Various PV Support projects: Structural engineering for various PV carports, ground mounted systems, and design of roof mounted system anchorage.
